This product was great. I don't know if it's just because I shelled out $10 at Walgreens that I felt I should work harder or if it's because the product actually works. Regardless, I felt it worked.
The Product:
Every morning, I take a packet and mix it with a cup of water. I then drink another cup of water to wash it down as instructed. I really like the flavor of it to start my morning. It taste like Trix and alfafa. It makes me feel like I'm on some kind of green diet.
Then I take pills with each meal. First day, three pills. As the day goes on, the more pills I take. Ending with 5 pills or so the 7th day. I only eat when I take a pill. It doesn't state so, but I decided not to eat any white flour, rice, or dairy. I try to eat lots of vegetables and fruits. I also decide to exercise thirty minutes a day.
The first day, I notice I had these small throbbing headaches. Not enough to distract me from school or work, but irritating. It says on the box that headaches are normal and they can be stopped by drinking water so I drink more water.
The second day, I notice the headaches have gone away which may be due to all the extra water I've been drinking. I have so much energy, I exercise extra. I eat less.
By the third day, I'm in a good mood, exercising more. I notice I'm getting more hungry now. Vegetables have so little calories I can eat more, so that's not much of a problem.
Results: It's only on the fourth day, but I've lost a total of four pounds so far. I lost nothing the first day and nothing the second day, but on the third day, I dropped one pound. Thinking it was water weight, I weighed myself on the fourth day, and I now lost another 3 pounds. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants be healthier. |
What a bargain!
