Digestive health is so important! I add this product to my AM smoothie. No wierd taste, no questionable fiber sources, great product!

I love this product and add a scoop to my berry smoothie every morning. I cannot believe the difference in regularity and – at the risk of providing too much info – have 2-3 effortless large movements a day. There is no gas, no bloating, no side effects, and the taste is not obnoxious at all. It is possible to mix this in a glass of plain water and get it down with no icky aftertaste.
This is a wonderful supplement for people who are eating the Paleo diet i.e. no grains, just meat, fruit, veggies, nuts, seeds.

must mix with water & juice, a little more than 8oz. some people complained that it bound them up. it’s true . . . when you are over eating as well. then i started to stick to a balanced diet (mediteranean food pyramid)and had no problem – and yes i followed the diet w/ and w/o the detox fiber, it made a difference
