After reading some reviews where a couple people were saying the tablets didnt make them go poopie, I think those folks must have only taken them for one day and expected for something to happen immediately. But these cleanse tablets dont work that way.

It takes them a little time to do their stuff because they arent like laxatives with harsh chemicals made to cause a quick exodus, but instead are natural ingredients meant to cause a gentle CLEANSING reaction, but when they do get going….you better get to the toilet!!

Nothing happened for me the first day(took a morning and an evening dose), but after taking a pill the next morning, I had a VERY thorough bowel movement and felt good after. So be patient if it takes the tablets a day or so to get you up to the 2-3 bowel movements a day. They do work!

After over 20 years of suffering with autoimmune problems and Irritable Bowel Syndrome, I was finally diagnosed with Celiac disease a couple of years ago. The long-term damage to my system was so pronounced that I have also developed allergies to casein and nuts. I didn’t realize this product had as it’s goal 3-4 bowel movements per day. I am disabled and would find this result very difficult to manage. The product is as advertized and arrived promptly.
